To respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. I understand that emergencies happen, and I’ll always do my best to be understanding—thank you for your consideration and support.
Late policy:
Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best possible service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment depending on the schedule for the day. In some cases, a late arrival may result in a shortened service or a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and respect for everyone’s time.
Redo/Fix Policy:
